A portfolio monitoring solution due by February 2024 required a more scalable, automated, and secure cloud-based environment to meet business demands efficiently.

Strategy

INA adopted AWS services and DevOps practices, including ECS Fargate, CodePipeline, Terraform, and CloudWatch. Infrastructure as Code and automated CI/CD pipelines enabled rapid, secure, and consistent deployments, while AWS-native observability and security tools ensured compliance and system performance improvements.

Deployment time dropped to seven minutes, costs reduced by 25%, and performance improved despite lower-spec instances.
