Project Management – Fulltime (Hybrid) in Greenlake – Tangerang
Reuqirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Management, or related field.
• Min 2-3 years of experience in IT project management or IT consulting.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Experience in managing projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and in dynamic team environments.
• Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello).
Responsibilities:
• Lead the planning and execution of IT projects, including risk management, budgeting, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand business needs and develop technology implementation plans.
• Manage and monitor project progress using PM methodologies to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure all project stakeholders are kept informed about developments, roadblocks, and milestones.
• Guide project teams on project management methodologies and relevant tools.
• Maintain strong client relationships, acting as the liaison between technical teams and clients.
