Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and configure custom solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, and web services.
  • Leverage Salesforce platform languages such as Apex, SOQL, and Lightning to implement scalable and efficient solutions.
  • Utilize Salesforce administration tools including Process Builder, Flow, and Custom Settings for process automation and configuration.
  • Extend Salesforce capabilities using serverless technologies (Tencent Cloud or Alibaba Cloud) and Node.js for integrations and advanced use cases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and ensure best practices are followed.
  • Provide excellent customer service by offering proactive communication, problem-solving, and post-implementation support.
  • Document technical solutions, maintain code quality, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Address development issues and work multi-functionally with wider engineering teams.
  • Support other engineering teams to integrate backend data with Salesforce via middleware to give our end users an enhanced data experience
  • Manage all security settings and conduct regular security/configuration audits
  • Modify the sharing model as required
  • Modify case setup, entitlement rules and omni-channel

    • Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ year of experience with proven previous hands-on experience of design and development within the Salesforce application environment
  • Bachelor of Degree in Computer Science or related field & Can able communication & written in English
  • Be able to build and configure, to a high standard, custom solutions using native Salesforce and custom technologies including Lightning Web Components,Aura, Apex, Visualforce, Javascript, web services, general design concepts and more
  • Extensive experience of using Salesforce platform languages: Apex, SOQL and Lightning as well as advanced administration tools like process builder, flow and custom settings
  • Server-less skill on Tencent or Ali Cloud to extend salesforce capability using Nodejs
  • Listening skills, excellent customer service skills, and strong professional written and oral communication skills
  • Attention to detail with the ability to analyze and solve complex problems as well as provide documentation, guidance, and instructions to users
  • Salesforce Certifications – Service (or Sales) Cloud Consultant, App Builder, Platform Developer I, and/or ideally Platform Developer II
  • Support Salesforce development manager in effectively designing and implementing required features, with a focus on delivering scalable solutions using Salesforce best practices
