Quality Assurance Specialist / Lead

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and guide the QA team across the SDLC.
  • Test Strategy & Execution: Review system specs, develop effective test plans, and execute manual & automated test cases.
  • Quality & Release Oversight: Evaluate product code, troubleshoot issues, and lead pre/post-release testing.
  • Defect Management: Log, track, and report bugs/errors clearly to development teams.
  • Compliance: Ensure all testing activities comply with BPUI policies and procedures.

    • Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a QA Lead & Minimum 1 years of experience as QA (preferably in Banking, Insurance, or Fintech).
  • Technical Skills: Strong background in manual & automated testing, test planning, and Agile/SDLC methodologies.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, analytical problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Work Preference: Willing to work WFO/Hybrid in South Jakarta or Central Jakarta.
